I have made a clear decision today that Connection is the key ingredient to life. When we are connected, meaning connected to ourselves, the universe, to God, a higher power, our hearts, other people, nature... we are in our power and able to conquer just about anything. It is in remembering in the moments of trials to keep the connection lines open that is the rough part. Stay tuned for some ideas and ways I use to stay in connection.
